Lynn Upshaw, Program Director of the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program at the UC-Berkeley Center for Executive Development.

Lynn is principal of Upshaw Marketing, a widely recognized authority on strategic brand marketing, and teaches strategic marketing at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. In his consulting, Lynn Upshaw helps clients build marketing plans and strategic brand platforms, counsels managers and senior executives on building comprehensive marketing programs, leads marketing training, and conducts strategic planning workshops for organizations across a wide breadth of industries. In his teaching, Lynn has guided hundreds of MBA candidates and corporate executives through the intricacies of corporate and product/service brand building.

 

 

 

 

Brad VanAuken, president and founder of BrandForward, Inc.

Brad is a well-known and sought after expert on brand management and marketing. He has spoken to groups such as The Conference Board, American Marketing Association, Institute for International Research (IIR), Stanford University, Vanderbilt University. He chaired the IIR Brand Masters conference and the IQPC conference on Brand Building. He is a founding member of the World Class Branding Association and is on The Advertising Council of Rochester’s board of directors.He wrote The Brand Management Checklist, the first comprehensive practical, ‘how-to’ guide on building winning brands.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Erich Joachimsthaler, Ph.D. Founder and Chief Executive Officer

A recognized expert on global brand strategy, Erich has developed growth strategies for over 50 premier brands in diverse industries including aerospace, automotive, chemical, consumer products, financial services, media, pharmaceutical, retail and telecommunications. Erich is a visiting professor of Business Administration at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia and has held positions at the University of Southern California and at I.E.S.E. in Barcelona. He holds masters and doctorate degrees from universities in Germany and the U.S., and completed his education with a Post Doctorate Fellowship at Harvard Business School.

Using academic-based market intelligence tools, Winsor helps some of the US most progressive companies learn from key voices in their communities through methods he gleaned from his years as a journalist.
